Captain's Log

Greetings Parents and Guardians,

I hope everyone is having a great day! I know that some of our parents and guardians like to get to the school super early to get in line for dismissal. We are asking that you please wait until at least 2:00pm to get in line for afternoon pick-up. We often have delivery trucks that come in the afternoon, or students who have appointments and have early dismissals. If the pick up line is already forming it has the potential to cause interference with the flow of traffic. Please know that dismissal is only taking around 20 minutes. So if you arrive between 3:45 and 3:55 your wait time will be very short. If there is a reason you have to come earlier please just park in a parking space and wait until 2:00 to start the line.

We have also noticed that many adults are on their cell phones in the parking lot. This is not safe and it is holding up our lines. For dismissal to flow smoothly and quickly we need your help! Thank you so much!

HPA Leadership Club is ready to start selling their SPIRIT shirts. Information went out last week, but you can also click this link to see the shirt and information. These shirts can be worn on Spirit days, which is every Friday.
