F.A.C.E.S. of Success is excited to be returning as the after-school care provider for High Point Academy families for the 2022-23 school year! We have been working hard this summer to make program enhancements that will enrich the daily activities of our students.
We have started our enrollment process and would like to make you aware of what to expect in our program as well as some important changes to our policies.
We will continue to operate our program on all three HPA campuses this year. We are open to students from Kindergarten up through 12th grade with age-appropriate, engaging activities for all grade levels. We provide an afternoon snack and offer homework help daily. Homework time is our first priority each afternoon in order to assist your student in taking care of academic responsibilities at school & not at home. Following homework time, students participate in a variety of fun activities, group games, crafts & projects.
Monthly Tuition & Registration Fee:
F.A.C.E.S. of Success offers an affordable monthly tuition rate in an effort to make our services available to all HPA families. As a result, we do not offer part-time or drop-in rates. Full monthly tuition is due regardless of the number of days or duration of time your student is present in the program. Your student may attend one day per month or every school day of the month and the same rate will apply.
Annual Registration Fee: $50 per student, maximum of $90 for sibling groups.
Monthly Tuition Fee: $180 per month, sibling discount of $10 per sibling in the same household.
Our tuition policy is changing to require auto-draft this year. In order to participate in our program, parents must agree to have tuition auto-drafted from the credit/debit card on file in the parent portal. No exceptions. Tuition will be drafted on the 26th calendar day prior to the tuition month, ensuring that all tuition is collected by the 1st of each month. The only exception will be the month of August, where tuition will be prorated and due on the 10th.

The following payment schedule will be applicable:
Registration Fee: Due upon enrollment in order to secure student's spot
August Tuition: Due on 8/10 in order to start on 8/15, the first day of school
September Tuition: Due on 8/26 for September 1 start date
On-going Tuition: Due on 26th for the upcoming month

Each family will need to establish a new account upon enrollment. If you had an account with us last year, it has been deactivated and your login information will no longer be valid. You will need to complete a new enrollment form in order to update your student's information.
Annual Registration Fee: will be automatically applied to the account but it will not atomically be processed. You will need to log in to the parent portal after completing the enrollment form in order to pay the fee and secure your student's spot. If you have not manually processed the fee by August 1st, when registration closes, it will be auto-drafted from the card on file. Please Note: Your spot in the program will not be guaranteed without payment of the fee.
The registration fee is non-refundable, so please be sure your student will participate before completing your enrollment.
