Wonderful HPA Parents and Guardians:
Our Student Support Services Department is offering holiday meal assistance to families at our school. If you are in need due to financial concerns or other hardship, please consider filling out this request. This document is kept confidential to students and other staff outside of our department. Applications will be considered on a first come basis and is not a guarantee of assistance. The last day to submit your request is December 15th at 4:00pm.
If there is a specific item that you would love to have at your table, you can include that next to the appropriate spot on the meal plan. We will do our best to accommodate all requests as closely as possible, but know that substitutions may be necessary.
