Principal's Note 5/23/2022
Finals Week Students will be taking their semester finals this week. Finals count for 10% of the semester grade. It is essential for students to do their best with these projects or tests. Finals Schedule:
Tuesday - Periods 5, 7
Wednesday - Periods 2, 4, 6, 8
Thursday - Periods 1, 3
Computer Turn-in
On Thursday after finals, all students will turn in their computers to the IT department. Students must return the Chromebook, charger, and computer case/bag. Student accounts will be charged for any items not returned to school.
Thursday - Spirit Dress - Early Release
Students are allowed to dress in spirit dress on Thursday. If they choose not to participate, they must be in regular uniform dress code.
Thursday is the last day of the school year, and we will release at noon!
Cross Country Parent/Athlete Interest Meeting
Coach Ruiz will be hosting an interest meeting in the MSHS gym on Monday, 5:00-5:30 pm. Any athletes interested in running cross country this fall should plan to attend this meeting.
STAAR Results - HB4545 Remediation
We will receive the students' STAAR scores this week. Students who do not meet the standard will be invited to summer camps for the weeks of June 6-23 (Monday-Thursday). These academic camps will be used to fulfill the HB4545 state requirement for 30 hours of remediation per subject. We will be in touch with parents as soon as possible if your student needs remediation hours.
