Principal's Notes 1/29/2023

The 2023-24 School Year Application for New Students is now open on our website!

If you know students/families that would be good additions to our school, and may be interested in applying to HPA, please encourage them to join the family!!!!

Current families will get an intent to return email in February, you do not need to fill out a new application for your current HPA student.

Intent To Return Email

The annual Intent To Return email for HPA students to notify the school if they are returning next school year was sent out last week. Parents please look for this email from our School Mint accounting program. A response is due before the February 3, 2023 deadline.

Thank You,

Craig Shreckengast

Middle/High School Principal

Coach’s Clipboard

We are supposed to have bad weather this week. Please make sure you are getting the communications from your coach as most will still have practice but move it inside.

Basketball has one more team still competing in the playoffs. Our Middle School Secondary Boys team is playing in the regional semi-final Monday, January 30th at Kingdom Collegiate Academy in DeSoto at 6:00PM for a chance to advance to the regional final! Please wish them luck and support.

Tryouts will be held Monday, January 30th at 6:30 AM. Please arrive at the gym at 6:20 to check in. If you have not already filled out the form from Coach Morefield please contact him at to register.

Morning Drop Off/Afternoon Pickup

All parents wishing to park and drop off in the morning or pick up in the afternoon, must park in the church parking lot. Please do not drive through, or park in the staff/student parking lot. We are trying to avoid mixing traffic and blocking assigned parking spots. Thank You, for your cooperation on this safety issue.
