Welcome Back- We Hope You Had An Awesome Holiday

Lacrosse

There will be Open Net this Wednesday from 4 until the sun goes down. If the weather is bad the coaches will probably move into a classroom and work on offense and defense. Tryouts are soon so please make sure you are attending these Open Nets and getting better.

Track

Make sure you are showing up every day and that you are following coach Penland's practice plan. We had an amazing Cross Country season now let's shift gears and have an amazing Track Season as well.

Soccer

Don't forget that there will be a soccer tryout on Monday Dec, 14th. This will be open to all girls in MS and HS wanting to tryout for soccer,

Basketball

There will be a ton of opportunities to catch all of our basketball teams in action this week.
