Good Afternoon High Point Family,
The start of school is finally here! After the world’s longest spring break on record, tomorrow is the first day of the 2020-2021 school year and it promises to be a year unlike any other. This will be the sixth year of operation for High Point Academy. Each year we start the school year excited about the learning that will take place as well as the relationships that we will build with our students along the way. This year is no different! Even though we are starting with four weeks of distance learning for all students, our teachers have been preparing for the first day of school since August 3rd when they reported back to work. They are prepared, excited and ready to start strong.
With each year comes new opportunities to learn, as well as new adventures along the way. I want you to know that High Point Academy is ready to help with any challenges as we stand strong together as a school family. If you encounter difficulty during the year or have questions or concerns, please reach out to your child’s teacher or campus administrator. From the top to the bottom and all points in between, our High Point family is focused on building relationships, serving our families and making a difference in the lives of our students.
I am excited to welcome everyone to the 20-21 school year. I truly believe this will be a unique year filled with many “firsts”, new experiences and successes along the way!
