Good afternoon!
Big SHOUT OUT to our students that performed in the Spring Dance Recital on Saturday! It was truly AH-MAZE-ING! Mrs. Tipton and Mrs. Ankersen did an excellent job putting everything together! Thanks to all of our staff and parents who came out to support our dancers!
Another thank you to those who have adjusted your morning schedules to ensure that your kiddos get to school on time! Please remember that if you want to walk your child up to the front of the building then you need to park over by the admin building. Also, please, please, please turn right when exiting our parking lot. This is the safest thing for you to do and will keep our car line moving more efficiently!
I want to take this opportunity for you to get to know our new Assistant Principal a little better:
Hello Parents! I would love to introduce myself. My name is Arliana Armstrong. I am the new Assistant Principal on campus and I am so excited to work with you and the students the remainder of the year. I taught for 12 years before I moved into administration. I have been with High Point Academy since the year we opened. I taught 2nd grade the first two years and have been in administration since then. I look forward to meeting and serving you at this campus.
You all have already made her feel very welcome! The staff and students love having her on our campus! She has been a huge help to everyone, especially me!
We are winding down MP5 this week! I just can't believe it! We are going to have ONE more Pajamas for Paper Day! This Tuesday, bring a ream of paper and wear Pajamas!! Thank you so much for supporting our students and teachers this year in participating in pajamas for paper.
