Friday Night

Volleyball is having an elementary night on Friday, September 16th. Students who wear red can get into the game for free. Come out and support the volleyball teams!

Nurse Info

There have been several cases of COVID over the last few weeks. Please make sure to monitor students for symptoms. Some of the symptoms we are seeing include congestion, sore throat, and headache, some have had fever and others have not. If your child tests positive for COVID please email Nurse Campbell at ashleigh.campbell@hpafortworth.com

Late Arrivals and Early Dismissals

Late Arrival

If you arrive after 8:00 please go straight, instead of through the S line, to drop students off at the main building. You will need to sign them in and we will walk them down to class. DO NOT JUST DRIVE STRAIGHT TO THE MODS!

10 tardies during a 9-week period will result in Saturday School. We start the pledges at 8:00 and instruction by 8:05 so please have your student at school on time.

Early Dismissal

Please come directly to the main building so that you can sign your student out via the QR code on the building. Mrs. Donna will give you further instructions at that point. If you need to do an early dismissal please do so by 3:00, unless other arrangements have been made with me.

Safety Drills

I just wanted to let everyone know that throughout the year we will be doing safety drills. Last week we did a fire drill and this week we will practice a lockdown drill. If you come up for early dismissal or late arrival during a drill please understand it will take a little longer to help you. We practice safety drills to make sure all teachers and staff are prepared for any emergency and aren't afraid.
